My tenth trip this year! Love this company . I often travels alone and trust me these drivers are awesome! They have had to give me some assistance with heavy luggage . Always with a smile. The cars are Immaculate and roomy and they always have a bottle of water and other amenities for you if you need it. I don’t trust any other service and that’s saying a lot for a woman who travels by her self and is a senior citizen I highly recommend this company, ask for Qasim! He is very experienced.

I really appreciate what was said about how when it comes to an airport shuttle there is no waiting on a taxi. When you travel to a big city I can see how important this is and how much time you save not waiting for a taxi. I have ridden on an airport shuttle and it has worked out great for me!

To all this is the best way to travel to and from the airport, there the nice people and most friendly, our P/U driver was so friendly and very professional and got us to the airport on time and the person that took our booking was outstanding, and the driver that picked up us was so great and so super friendly I will refer USA Shuttle to everyone. I have been using USA Shuttle for almost 9 months. I travel weekly and this service has been a great asset to my time, comfort and safety. The driver Kochar is always prompt, the van is clean. I am always able to secure a reservation and know I have a ride. I get a text or e-mail confirmation for each pick up. It doesn't matter time of day or night, they are there to pick me up at home or the airport. I have since used for personal travel as well for myself and my family. I would recommend to anyone this service.

I have been using USA shuttle to and from PDX, both for business and personal travel. Excellent, reliable, trustworthy, and on-time service. Kochar and all other drivers are 100% on-time (are generaly there 5 mins early most of the times), very professional, polite and drive well. Their vans are very well maintained, comfortable and service is cost effective. They had no problems picking up really late or very early. Will be using them for many more trips in future and strongly recommend them for anyone in the Portland area

Consistent, courteous, and accomodating to last minute requests. That is how I would describe my experiences this year with USA Shuttle. My schedule tends to change on short notice. From the office to the drivers, their responsiveness and consistency really makes a difference. I would not have encouraged my wife to use them recently if I wasn't comfortable with their door to door service.

I am very happy to have finally found a reliable, professional shuttle service in Portland. They have been making my travel days a lot less stressful. They have minivans with child car seats which is hard to find around here. They have always been prompt and courteous and you can tell they appreciate your business. The driver even put a cartoon on the tv last time because he knew he was picking up my family and we have a three year-old. Highly recommended.

We had the good fortune to have Jeff transport us again this year from Portland Airport to Inn at the Mountain for a Annual meeting of physical therapists who operate a privately owned rehab business of over 70 offices and staff of oVer 700 employees. We are "City Folk" from Burbank. Jeff again this year is most kind, helpful and very safe driver. My wife and I needed a shuttle from PDX to Estacada. I shopped by price and was extremely pleased with what we received. Kochar was there early (we arrived at 5:30 am)and was waiting right where he was supposed to be. His vehicle is very comfortable and clean. I just arrived at PDX to return home. I felt compelled to immediately comment on with my first USA Airport Shuttle experience. ALGAFF was amazingly professional, courteous and I felt completely safe with him. He was an excellent driver, had a bottle of water waiting and politely waited for me as he was early. The van was strikingly clean and very comfy. When I return to PDX, there is no doubt I will call USA Shuttle.

I used this service for the first time. My flight was rescheduled by the airlines an hour earlier, yes, an hour earlier... almost unheard of, right... I recently used USA Shuttle Service based on the comments on this web site. My expectations were FAR exceeded. The driver was kind and helpful. He even took my baggage into the hotel! The van was new with an exceptional interior. The office and later driver called to confirm prior to my flight and verify pickup location. I scheduled my return pickup from the hotel. Again, the same prompt, friendly and kind driver provided excellent service. I will be return in Portland in the fall and plan on scheduling round trip with USA Shuttle! This is a 5 star service.

Really great experience, especially with our driver Al Gaff. We were moving from Portland to NY with so much luggage, as well as our precious dog and cat. He helped us with the crates and waited very patiently with us at the cargo area while we were filing our papers to fly our animals.

The vehicles are very clean and all the drivers are professional. Kochar has driven us many times and we now look forward to seeing him. My sister from Pennsylvania booked USA Airport Shuttle Service in Spring of 2010 to pick her up at Portland Airport and take her to our mother's home and later back to the airport. She was so impressed by their service, she encouraged all of the family to use them. In April of this year, we had an 80th birthday get together for our mother. We had flights coming in from PA and Michigan. Being "ladies only" celebration, we were all commented on how great their service was. We were all very safe and comfortable. We rode in a very clean van. Had wonderful and courteous driver. Always on time and kept track of our flights coming in and going out! We encouraged our mother to use their service whenever she needed help. She has had two emergencies since April 2011 and they got a driver to her quickly. They are truly reliable and a very caring group of people. Our whole family keeps their number handy for travel to Portland! USA Airport Shuttle Service is the best! You too Kochar!

USA Airport Shuttle has been so reliable and reasonably priced, with clean cars and friendly drivers, that I have happily used them 6 times (3 round trips) in the past two weeks alone! One round trip required also transporting my two large dogs, which they accommodated by removing the back seat of the van in advance of picking us up. I would happily recommend them to anybody!

We stumbled on USA Airport Shuttle by accident, but are quite happy we did. Service was excellent with an exactly-on-time pickup, and in a nearly-new loaded Honda Odyssey. The driver even had a kids' DVD for my daughter to watch on the rear seat entertainment system during the drive.

In July I visited my son in Hillsboro, and this time he was unable to pick me up at PDX. I used USA Airport Shuttle for both trips - to my son's home and back to PDX. The driver was excellent and very courteous, the Honda van spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and I will definitely use this service again. I have used USA Airport Shuttle twice in the past 6 mos. My driver, Kochar was early to pick me up (which is a plus); he was polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. He got me to the airport during rush hour in no time. The van was clean. The rides were very pleasant, and I will use them every time I come to visit my family in Portland. In addition, Dehat, the owner is very professional and aims to please. Good service is hard to get these days, and USA Shuttle was definitely the exception. I highly recommend U.S.A. Airport Shuttle service. I just used this service to and from the airport on a recent trip. The driver, Kochar, was excellent. He was professional, but also easy to talk to. The van was beautifully clean and comfortable. The most important point for me was that the driver was on time. I am always worried about being late, so I was very happy when I went outside and found that the driver had already arrived. I was also impressed with the way the company confirmed my reservation by e-mail before each ride. It made me feel relaxed to know that everything was going as planned and that there was no mistake in the reservation day or time. If you use U.S.A. I am so happy we found U.S.A Airport Shuttle. Our shuttle was ontime, and the van fit our family perfectly. They offered to let us use their carseat so we wouldn't have to haul one around, and the driver even put the kids in the car and buckled them. On our way home he had a movie playing for the kids, which was so nice, they were so tired and it helped getting them home happy! We will be using them again!

I wanted to comment on your service, but mostly on Algaff, one of your drivers. He was SO very accommodating and friendly. It is rare to find a nice driver, yet alone a VERY clean ride. Your van was impeccable! Algaff needs to be given kudo's again and again! When I fly back, I will use your service, and will hopefully be able to ride with Algaff again! I've used several shuttle services to and from PDX and USA Shuttle is, by far, the best. Professional, punctual, attentive to details, and friendly (or, if they know you've had a long day, quiet...so you can rest on the ride home). I live in Hillsboro (Orenco Station) and they are very reasonably priced, especially considering the "white glove" service they offer. The cars are always immaculately clean, smell good, and always have bottles of water waiting in the car. I wouldn't use anyone else since finally finding USA Airport Shuttle.

I've been using this service for years, and I now consider Kochar a friend! He's always been there for me and always on time, whether it's a 4AM Sunday pickup at home or way late on a Friday night at PDX after my flight was delayed. I never use anybody else.
BTW, between the wife and I, we must call them for two dozen rides a year.

I have never used a shuttle service before. I booked a round trip Hillsboro/PDX for 4 adults. The car that picked us up was very nice and on time. Our return pickup was the same.
I give this company my highest recommendation and will be using them on my next trip.

I have been using USA Airport Shuttle Service for 2 years. Their customer service is superior. I have had multiple drivers, and they are all professional, respectful, and dependable. I have contacted them in the middle of the night from the East Coast when my flights have been rescheduled, and they are always pleasant and accommodating. They consistently go the extra mile to track the arrival times for the flights. They are always on schedule for home pickup, and always waiting for me at the airport. I highly recommend this service. I keep their business card in my wallet for emergencies.

Excellent service. Driver was at our house promptly at 4:00am, Monday morning to take us to PDX. Van was clean and new. Driver friendly/helpful. The day prior to our return to PDX, I called up and arranged for a ride home. They tracked our flight, knew that it had been delayed, and were waiting when we got off the plane. Its nice knowing that I dont have to worry about this part of my travel experience any more.

My wife and I love USA Airport Shuttle. This company goes the extra mile for their customers. Our driver is always early, has a super clean van and a water waiting for us. Our driver loads and unloads our luggage. I like using USA because I get dropped off at the curb. If I'm staying a week or more it's less expensive to use USA than park in economy parking. I travel to the Portland area atleast 4 times a year. Each and every time I have used USA Airport Shuttle. They are prompt, reliable, friendly and will handle all your special needs. I have them pick me up from PDX and take me back to PDX. The vehicles are always clean and have a bottle of water ready for you. I never worry about being picked up on time with USA Airport Shuttle. As a matter of fact I prefer having them take me to the airport and pick me up instead of family. I know they will be on time.

I have been using USA Airport Shuttle for one year almost on a bi monthly basis. I can't say enough good things about USA shuttle and its employees. Kochar is my designated driver and always on time. His service is exceptional. The entire USA shuttle staff is polite and it seems courtesy and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to them.

I’m using USA Airport Shuttle since 4 month now on a weekly basis. The entire team is just amazing. I tend to avoid as much as possible time waiting on my flights, so I’m going to the airport on a tight schedule. The drivers are always on time I never missed a flight. They even deal very well with last minute reservations. The cars are clean, drivers are very courteously and the rates are just great. Overall it’s just the professional service I’m looking for. If you're traveling to or from Portland, USA Airport shuttle is by far your best option, especially if you have kids. They pick you up in late model vans with plenty of room for your kids and all of the stuff. The guys who drive the vans are very helpful, friendly and, perhaps most important of all to those of us with kids, patient! We've used them almost a dozen times and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks guys!

Not only do I use this service myself when I go to PDX but many of the international visitors that come to visit us also use it. The service is great, the vehicles are spotless and you can't ask for a better experience. Why fight the nightmare a.k.a. Hwy 26 when you can be driven to your destination by professionals? I would recommend this service to anyone needing to go to or from PDX.

I have used the USA Airport Shuttle service several times over the past year. Their service has been outstanding in each situation. The drivers are courteous, thoughtful, friendly, and totally punctual---always there when my flight arrives at the gate. I've had the occasion to use airport shuttle services in other cities in the past and have never been impressed the way I am with USA. They have earned and deserve our support!
